The location is quite convenient as it is close to the town centre and just a short drive away from major attractions. the hotel room is spacious and comfortable, with a big window that allows for natural daylight. the bathroom is clean and well maintained. the breakfast spread has a decent selection of food that can cater to most dietary needs.
The staff can be quite unhelpful and unfriendly, which can make the stay feel unwelcoming.

Hotel staff is flexible to change room as per request.
I booked two bedroom suite but was informed by M-Suite only few days beforehand that the two bedroom suite is under-going renovation. Such info is not updated on Booked.net nor M-Suite hotel's website. Strongly felt that hotel should have inter-connecting room like other Asia hotels. Two extra beds should be allowed in standard studio room instead of only allow maximum one extra bed as we find that the room is actually big enough for two extra beds. Breakfast should have more options. Swimming pool should be nearer (where hotel rooms located)

The room is big...can move about easily. Has sofas to relax and watch tv. Affordable for family to stay more than a night. Near to Danga Bay to travel and enjoy the night.
The carpark - lot is not too spacious and dark (eerie)The breakfast buffet is not varieties as compared to other hotel that stay (rather simple and plain). Toilet flushing is not so good. No compact toothbrush and colgate. No small shops to buy goodies or titbits.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location of this hotel is convenient, just by the highway, making it easy to access and travel around. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with basic amenities including a bathtub and comfortable beds.
The hotel could improve by providing a wider variety of breakfast options.

The rooms were very spacious and staff were very friendly
Whilst the rooms were clean, they were quite old and needed modernisation. The mattress needed to be replaced as very lumpy

The hotel is very clean.
. But from basement car park no lift to lobby need to carry. The worst is racist, how can you put a wording in the room no pork? Does it mean only muslim allowed to stay ini this hotel? Where is the spirit of one malaysia ?

I had a great city trip experience in this hotel. the room size was perfect and the newly renovated bathroom was very clean. the location is ideal for exploring the city and the staff was fabulous, always going above and beyond to help out. the small gestures, like providing a microwave oven during Ramadhan, meant a lot to me. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the awesome swimming pool with slides.
The poor wifi service, which required payment and was limited to just one person for 24 hours. With the room rate fairly high, it would have been nice to have complimentary wifi service throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms.

Although the location is not very near to the city, but the room overall is very good and clean, value for the money...the cafe for the complimentary breakfast is very comfort and not space limit by the furnitures...
anyway encourage not to stay facing the main road next time, as its quite noisy with the vehicles on the road at nite..

I don't like this hotel, bec it is old now. There has a lot of mosquitos, when we are sleeping at night. I hate it and i won't go again.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a really good experience. the spacious 2-bedroom suite comfortably accommodated all six of us, including the kids. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained rooms with attached bathrooms that had a bathtub, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel, just by the highway, made it conveniently accessible for us during our trip. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that significantly stood out as needing improvement.

the kindness of the staff, the large rooms and the 'colonial' athmosphere
redecoration is needed. Problem of a very noisy road for the front rooms...
